When changes occur within the family, such as a death, separation, or someone leaving home, it often creates change in the responsibilities for the one remaining. Adjusting to the new “normal” can be difficult.

These changes often feel unfamiliar, unexpected and unwanted.

Cooking for one can often seem more difficult than cooking for a crowd. Perhaps even the thought of preparing a meal for yourself is daunting to you.

Join us to learn one easy recipe that can easily be transformed into three separate meals.

We will also learn how to:

• Consider Healthy Meal Options
• Plan a grocery list
• Make ahead “freezer friendly” meals

Attendees will join in preparing a meal during our session. You will leave the session with a prepared meal, simple recipes and meal calendar.
